Camp Berry
Findlay, Ohio

Scouting first came to Hancock County in 1916, two troops were formed and a year later a third troop was added, due to lack of leadership the three troops were combined into two troops in 1918. Camping was done along the Blanchard River, Eagle Creek and Lye Creek.
Camp Lakota located south of Defiance, Ohio

Camp Lakota first became in integral part of the Black Swamp Area Council when 225 acres of land south of Defiance, Ohio were set-aside as a Shawnee Council encampment. After being named in 1951, the camp began to serve the council as the exclusive spot for troop Summer Camping.
